Missions

Join us as we connect with other ministries throughout the city and the world to share God’s love with people in a variety of ways. In addition to other outreach activities, we regularly partner with the following local and international ministries.

Twin Lakes Food Bank

The Twin Lakes Food Bank is an extension of God’s love to people that are hurting.  For 25 years the Food Bank has served families in need with supplemental food and clothing.  Hard times can happen to anyone and your support ensures that help will be available to those who need it.  The Food Bank has opened it’s heart to thousands of your neighbors.

Powerhouse Ministries

Powerhouse Ministries is a Christian non-profit which exists to inspire and empower people to rise above their circumstances, change their lives, and impact their community. Our vision is to make transformation possible by breaking the cycle of addiction, abuse, and poverty while giving hope, opportunity, and permission to dream again.

HART of Folsom

HART of Folsom is a non-profit community-based volunteer organization assisting those experiencing homelessness in Folsom toward self-sufficiency and greater independence. Their vision is to provide a model that enables homeless men and women to attain safe, affordable housing, meaningful life activity, and a livable income so they may return to a productive and meaningful life.

King's Kids

King's Kids Africa's mission is to glorify and honor God by caring for orphans and the neediest of His children in Africa (with a focus on rural Uganda) by providing family-based care, education and a local church family. They do so by collaborating with local churches in Uganda, empowering them with start-up resources and life care support for the orphan homes, while the local church retains full ownership and is responsible to achieve long-term sustainability. Harbor Church is partnering to build 3 orphanages within rural Uganda with King's Kids. All thirty children in these homes are sponsored by families at Harbor.

Jake's Journey Home

Jake's Journey Home connects with unhoused persons - veterans and community members through respect, caring, and assistance. Poverty may not be able to be fixed overnight --- but by providing necessary services and hygiene totes, we can at the very least, make sure that someone's tomorrow is better than today. Coordination of services assists in helping move people forward.
